They Got me a job. in the midst i had been suffering from major depression as well. Just 3 days before i was suppose to start working in a hotel, from which i got an unconditional contract, my principal withdrew me from doing the internship. On being asked about the matter by a kin, she commented saying "i dont think he is mentally fit to work", when she doesnt have medical qualifications to say that. Also, there has been hypocritical behavior from their end. This led to a major depressive relapse for me, turning me highly suicidal, i had been on Mental Health (Compulsory assessment and treatment) Act of 1992. so far this course has cost me almost 30,000 NZD + 1 and Half year of my life and the most expensively my mental peace, i want to seek justice. What rights do i have? There has been discrimination, breach of confidentiality and unexplained removal. Please help
