Is it fair that when i applied for the 2ic job at my work they told me i wasn't 'ready' but it has been over two months now and they STILL havent found a 2ic and for those two months i have been running the shifts and doing every single job the 2ic does but am still on the same pay, I also going to have to train my 2ic when they finally get here.
