How many hours is too many

Hi thereI am on a salary and my current working roster is 75 working hours and 94 awake hours at my place of work? I have talked to the boss and they say they can't hire more people and are not entitled to shift allowance. What are my rights? Do you find this valuable? |

Without knowing where you work and what you do it's a tricky one to help you out on. I would pressume your working hours and allowances would have been covered in your employment agreement/contract. Are you part of a union that you know about? A start is that you are able to talk to your boss which is the first step to any concerns you have. Are the hours too draining for you? or is it just a matter of time? Think about how the current hours are affecting you and share that with your boss, you may both be able to come to an agreement? Communication is important.
