Is it fair that full timers are supplied with a jacket but part timers (there are 6 of us) are expected to share one facility jacket? There is never more than one part timer on so we always have free access to the jacket but its still gross. I have worked in the facility for 2 years, often working up to 33hrs a week around school but still they wont give me my own jacket. Do you find this valuable?

A good way around this is through Health and Safety issues. Approach your employer and point this out. Do a bit of research before addressing your employer. Take someone along with you ! Keep positive and put it across "for the health and safety of all" that share the Jacket.....Personally speaking. ( yukky) Do you find this valuable?
