Fine i had recieved about an incident i had done at the age of 14
Apr 27 2010, 6:00 PM EDT
Hi i am feeling frustrated at the fact of recieving a paper saying that i had to pay a fine for driving into a lamp post at the age of 14. And now that im 17 years old i have recieved a letter from the papakura district court saying that Vector is wanting me to pay a fine thats worth $8.000.00. My mum's partner didnt want to take responsibility as he's done a sly way of making me pay for it, As so much bad stuff in the past has happened with him being apart of my family. I hate his guts. It was his car i drove into a post in the month of march on a friday, which was the day polyfest was on 2008. At 14 when that inccident happen police just gave me a warning. And now I have no income and boarding with friends and is behind payments im trying to look for a job!!! and getting a lawyer for help to solve this because im not paying for it..

I do reckon you guys are valuable, helpful and are surely good role models to me and the people that have joined this website. Going on your website helps me alot because i dont know how the court stuff go!!!!!due to it being my first time goin to these court hearings on my own without my parents support is such a bummer!!! but you guys are a big help to the younger generation specially with problems having to deal with alsorts!!!!...And i also have help from one of your members and her name is Hervena Hudson i havent met her yet but she sounds cool, has a bubbly laugh, and who is a big help, she is really trying to find ways to help make me choose options that i should agree to and thats rights for me but with her support!!!!but the embrassing part was that she rang me yesturday and most words she said i couldnt understand!!!!!. im not to sure what to do??? um i think it's better to get on I.Y.B and just pay for it but also try hard to find a job??? Ive been looking for so much jobs ever since march & Not being able to get in to the retail industry or in administration/customer service sucks..Think it's because how i haven't worked before. Well ive done work experience but that was alright. Due to the fack of me hating being on the doll!!!!. But would it be possible if my mum's boyfriend pays 4 grand and ill do the other half???? due to be being 14 years and my mum's boyfriend who knew i had no license and had given me permission cause he wanted to stay home and drink alcohol that day of the accident. To be honest that will be fare to me as long i know he's also a gonna take responsibility??? Do you find this valuable? |

Im trying to not be mad with you here. I have a pretty open mind, so Im trying not to assume anything. Ok, First of all, hate... is a very strong word, he must have done some really wrong things to make you hate him. Second, if you hate him so much, why were you driving his car? I know if I hated someone I wouldnt borrow anything of theirs, I wouldnt be anywhere around them, in fact, I wouldnt be living near them. And last of all, your mother is responsible for you, until you are of a proper age, why should your mums partner pay for it? Your mum should take responsibility for it, she is your mum after all, isnt she?
