Can my child be kicked out of school for not waering the right shoes?I had not yet purchased the winter uniform for the school and my daughter was threatened with expulsion as she did not have the correct shoes.what are our rights? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

No they can't, however the school can certainly become extremely difficult about this matter. My advice would be to speak directly with the school first and foremost, clarify with them that there has been a delay Do you find this valuable?
