i am looking for my half brother who was adopted out, i have the birth parents names, can someone offer me any suggestions as to how i can go about finding him? Do you find this valuable?

I could be your half brother my name is clive wiltshire, if you can tell me my birth mother is then we arfe half brothers 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
