is setxing allowed?

my bf is getting into trouble for the texts we sent each other. why always the guy getting into ****? because it takes two to do something like sex texting???? Do you find this valuable?

Hi, it is an offence under s 134(3) of the Crimes Act 1961 to commit an indecent act on a young person under the age of 16. The gender of the person committing the indecent act is irrelevant.
There is a high chance that "sexting" is a form of indecent act.
