Why did noone say anything when the boy racer legislation took away youths right to a blood test if they fail a breath test. We can't prove our innocence because we're young!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you find this valuable?

We did submissions on this legislation which concentrated on other parts of the legislation. it is surprising though that no-one seemed to mention this at the time as it is something we would normally object to quite strongly. We have recently heard about this and are trying to find the relevant section in the legislation. Certainly nothing under - section 70 - Right to elect a blood test, places any restrictions in relation to age to electing a blood test.
If you can point us to another section that would be cool.
