Operating a vehicle in a manner liable to cause damage to property

I was charged with this offence when parked in a domain in a muddy vehicle. There was no damage in the area and I was in the back seat with my girlfriend! Does anyone else have knowledge of trumped up charges like this? Do you find this valuable?

That sounds outrageous. Hope you took photos as you may be able to defend the charge, & your girlfriend is a witness. If you want more info on defending this charge give us a call Do you find this valuable?
