Holiday Pay

I have been working at my job full time for about 11 months but i am leaving for uni about 2 days after the 12 months that my contract says i need to work for to get my holiday pay which has added up to about $2000. My question is, will i be able to get this money or can my boss say that i would need to work longer to get it even though i have worked the 12 months?

Yes, you will be able to get your holiday pay once you have worked 12 months. It won't matter if you only work for 12 months and 2 days.
