work place threats

what do you do if you are being threatened by other workers at your company and the employer/boss wont do anything about it? do you just go on feeling unsafe at work or can something be done? Do you find this valuable?

It is the obligation of the employer to provide a safe place to work. It is illegal to harrass and bully other workers and by law your employer should be doing something to address the issue. If you have raised the matter with your boss and are being ignored you may have grounds for a personal grievance. Give us a call and we can assist 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
