What my locker be searched without my consent?
If you have sole use of the locker then the school usually will not have the right to search it without your consent, unless there was a good reason for searching your locker in particular. Whether an unreasonable locker search was lawful would depend on what agreement was made between you and the school when you rented the locker, and whether you would or would not have a reasonable expectation that your things would be private in the locker.
You may have signed something when you took over using the locker and you should check whether or not this gives the school the right to search. If you haven't agreed to let the school search the locker then they probably can't, unless you agree (or 2. on the previous page applies)
