Parental leave
Pay for qualifications
Protection from sexual harassment
Rest and meal breaks
Duties/responsibilities

The things that must be in your employment agreement are:

An effective disputes procedure.
An effective procedure for the settlement of personal grievances.
An expiry date if it is a collective employment agreement.
