What if the house is rented? This is a featured page

You can apply for a Tenancy Order. A Tenancy Order has the same effect as the Property/Occupation Order, but applies to houses that are rented. The house must be either rented alone, by the Respondent, or jointly with you.

You will have to show that a Tenancy Order is necessary for your protection or would be in the best interests of your child, having regard to the accommodation needs of all persons concerned.
