If you are pregnant or have a baby, you can attend a mainstream school or you can do correspondence. You can’t be refused enrolment at school because you are a parent.

In a few areas there are school units for pregnant students and young mothers, or fathers. Call your local office of the Ministry of Education to check what’s available in your area (see contact details under “More Information - School").
