Not later than 12 months (six months if you are six or younger) after the Court order, the social worker who prepared the care plan must review the plan and report to the Court on which of the goals set by the plan have been achieved and which have not. The social worker must recommend to the Court whether the current order should continue or whether some of it should be changed.[48]
