my bill for a quote which was verbal for $300 showed : $300 as per Quote plus Gst total $337.50. No mention of gst was made for the verbal quote. Do I have to pay the extra?

Do I have to pay the extra?" hi - yeah you will generally find people don't include GST in their quotes, good way to make the price sound less. Unfortunately we all have to pay GST however if you are self employed you get to claim it back
