How long does the plan continue? This is a featured page

When the Court makes a custody order or guardianship order or other order it must set a date for the plan to be reviewed.[46] If you are under seven years of age the review of the care plan must take place within six months of the order. If you are seven or older the plan must be reviewed not later than 12 months after the court order.[47] It can be reviewed earlier if there is a change in the arrangements set out in the plan, for example a change in foster parents.
