As already metioned it depends how old you are. The court must allow any child or young person to 'participate in decisions' that affect them, obviously who you will live with is a major decision and you views should be taken into account. If there are court proceedings about this you will be appointed your own lawyer. It is important to ensure your lawyer takes your views into account and puts your views across in any court case about who you will live with.
