Can someone else negotiate my agreement for me?This is a featured page

Yes. You can either represent yourself, or authorise any person, group or organisation to be your bargaining agent. For example, you could be represented by a group for workers such as a union, your lawyer, an industrial relations consultant or someone else familiar with industrial relations. Authorised bargaining agents can go into your workplace to talk to you about agreement negotiations.
