Can I still belong to a union?

Yes, you can choose whether or not to belong to an employee’s organisation such as a union. Jobs cannot be given or refused and you can’t be treated unfairly by your employer because you are or are not a member of a union. Nor can pressure be put on you to belong or not to belong to a union.
