Can I appeal against a care order?
Yes – You can appeal against a declaration that you are in need of care and protection or any guardianship order, custody order, access order or other order made by the Family Court.[90] You should ask your counsel for the child to file an appeal on your behalf. It is your lawyer’s job to act for you.
I want my foster parents to become my permanent parents – is that possible? They could become your permanent parents by obtaining an adoption order.[91] The order would make them your parents for all purposes but would also mean that your birth parents would no longer be your parents and any other relatives (brothers, sisters, grandparents, uncles, aunts etc) would no longer be part of your family.[92] If your foster parents adopted you, they would no longer qualify to receive a fostering payment from Child, Youth and Family.
Your foster parents could also (with the agreement of Child, Youth and Family) ask the Family Court to make guardianship and day-to-day care orders in their favour under the Care of Children Act[93].

i need help so i can appeal against the care order that was made for my 3 children who are age,s 9 , 6 , 3 years old and there werte no good anought grounds for the care order it was suppose to be imotioil neglact were there was no domestic violane in 3 years or any grounds to permentley be placed into long termn foster care and to be moved to cornwall when both parents and sibblings and famliy live in leicester . and children dont want to go they want to go home to mother they have allso been saying on how the foster carers in leicester were abusseing them. and said when you all visit us at carerers she puts it all on and when u all leave she,s the bicth. my 9 and 6 year old has been breacking now for 18 mnths. in there and no one as helping them ur the parents also
