Advice Line operates: Tuesday,
Monday, ThursdayWednesday,Thursday and Friday from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm.
Tuesday from 10am to 12.30 pm
- If you can't call during Advice Line hours, then ring outside these hours and leave a message and we'll arrange to talk to you at a time that suits.
- Anyone can call us for information and advice as long as they are under 25 years old or assisting a child or young person under that age.

- You can also drop into our office between 10.00am and 4.00pm.
1. We will ask you for statistical informaton, including your full name, age, address, referral source and income details. This information remains confidential to our service.
2. If your call is taken by one of our volunteers, you will be asked to provide them with information on your situation. The volunteer will then let you know when a lawyer will call you back. You can let us know the times that you will be available.
3. When you talk to one of the lawyers on the team, they will give you legal advice in accordance with our code of ethics and we may also tell you our terms of engagement.
When you finish using our service please come back to our website and leave us some feedback here! We appreciate your comments and we constantly try to improve our services for you.

- If you're a child or young person you can call 'collect' from anywhere in New Zealand.
- To call collect, dial 010 and ask for a collect call to Auckland 309-6967.
- Remember to tell the operator we accept collect calls from young people.
